We have 52 employees: 30 teachers, 4 assistant teachers, 1vocational trainers and 1 directors. One social worker and three psychologists support the teaching staff. We also have school-bus drivers, guards, administrators and maintenance employees on our team. <\/p>\n

We attach great importance to hiring local employees from or living close to La Venta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\u201cFor cost efficiency and quality reasons, we have always built the infrastructure ourselves. Building materials, such as sand, stone, wood and bricks are bought at local suppliers. The building projects are a very welcome income for masons and auxiliary workers from the village.
